Andy Edwards is available for private, one to one drum lessons.
Andy Edwards has taught drums around the world for nearly thirty years. Andy's approach is to focus on technique in tandem with creativity so that the student learn how to not only improve but also express themselves creatively on the drums.
Andy has taught beginners to highly advanced and is also sought out by many drum teachers for his specialist knowledge on the instrument.
Andy is also the head of music at Kidderminster College and has taught in many of the top music schools across the UK. He has a great knowledge of music education, music theory and technology as well as drum technique.
You can book a one off lesson or just come every few months, or book in for lessons every few weeks if that is easier for you. Andy does not charge cancellation fees or try and get you to book blocks of lessons up front. If you would like a lesson longer than an hour Andy will charge each additional at £25.
His students have included Leo Crabtree (The Prodigy) , Jim MacCauley (The Stranglers) and Simon Fox (BeBop Deluxe)
Andy teaches from his purpose built recording studio in Kidderminster UK
